After registering, you can log in to your online customer account at any time. After logging in, all of our online services are available. This includes registering your repair orders and processing your cost estimates for a repair. You can also view the status of a repair order in your customer account at any time.

Repair process

Service requires experience, speed and passion for technology. The order processing of the service center has a sophisticated process that leads to the fastest and best results. The focus is on the flexible fulfillment of requests in the project business. Whether the devices arrive directly, by post or via a shuttle in Nordhorn - the goal is the fastest possible and best quality repair. The IT-supported spare part ordering system ensures that all spare parts are kept in stock. Of course, only original spare parts from the respective manufacturers are used.

Defective device
Send the defective device to the ECC ESC - repair and service center.
2.
Input ECC ESC
The consignments are delivered to the ECC ESC every morning.
3.
Order entry
The order is recorded in the IT system immediately after delivery.
4.
Repair
The device will be processed and repaired on the same day it is sent in.
5.
Quality control
Each device is individually checked by us before it is dispatched.
6.
Lieferschein
The delivery notes will inform you, what has been repaired.
7.
Shipping
The repaired devices are dispatched daily and delivered the next working day.
