The ECC ESC offers customer care as an exclusive service for manufacturers and suppliers. It therefore takes over the entire processing and all services to handle the repair of the defective device as quickly as possible. The ECC ESC offers all services, from professional customer care to DOA testing and processing.
Certifications & audits
The ECC ESC has been DIN ISO certified since 2001. With regular adjustments and reviews, the team is confirmed to have a consistently very good performance.
The repair center regularly passes the audits of all manufacturers with "very good". Awards such as the Best Service Data Award and the authorization certificates gives the entire team special motivation.
The ECC ESC is fully authorized for Hisense, Samsung and Wiko. Authorization for paid repairs for Apple, HTC, LG, Nokia, Snooper, Sony and ZTE.
Within the framework of the European guidelines for data protection, all customer data are backed up separately and meet the highest security standards. The security standard of the service center is guaranteed by access and security controls. According to the manufacturer's specifications, all repairs are carried out without exception in ESD protection zones.
