The ECC ESC offers an exclusive repair service for its customers. As an authorized and certified service partner of all major hardware manufacturers, the service center enables fast and exclusive repairs using the repair box. Smartphones, tablets, wearables, surfsticks, accessories, routers and VR glasses can be sent in at any time.

Here's how it works:

The repair devices are sent to the ECC ESC using a repair box with the enclosed free-way ticket. The devices are repaired on site in the shortest possible time and sent back to the dealer in the repair box.
 

Defective devices can be sent in and out of the guarantee from Samsung, HUAWEI, HONOR and Wiko. The manufacturers Apple, LG, HTC, SONY and Nokia are processed for paid repairs.

The ECC ESC offers an extra service for retailers and customers with a PoS. When ordering the repair box, a package of attractive marketing materials can be ordered free of charge.
