Starting small, the ECC ESC has developed into a large repair and service center over the years. All workplaces are equipped with the latest equipment and for high safety standards. All repairs are carried out by qualified and certified technicians, so that the best repair quality is guaranteed. ECC ESC International is an authorized and certified repair and service center with more than 300,000 repair cases per year, which also operates the "Repair-Dome" brand. As a competent partner, we jointly offer repairs within and outside of the manufacturer's guarantee.
Qualified and certified technicians
The repairs of the end devices are carried out exclusively by qualified and certified technicians. The technicians go through all of the manufacturer's training courses several times a year in order to be able to complete repairs of the highest quality. Whether web seminar or face-to-face training at the manufacturer's site, further training is in the foreground. It is ensured that the technicians can repair all current smartphone or tablet models with the latest repair techniques according to the strict quality specifications of the manufacturers at any time.

With its sister companies ENO telecom GmbH and expert Nordhorn Horstmann GmbH, the ECC ESC has great expertise in wholesale and retail. Here everyone in the group benefits from the close cooperation and exchange between them. With almost 400 employees, it is a strong employer with great knowledge. Almost 30 young talents are currently being trained in 8 professions.
ENO telecom GmbH sells products and services in the IT industry. The offer includes products and support in the areas of smartphones & tablets, network marketing, landline, computers & peripherals, smart home, home entertainment, automotive, gaming, wearables, photo & video and accessories. ENO takes on the complete logistics fulfillment for the trade. The partners are supported by the extensive range of services - from advertising design to the ERP system.
expert Nordhorn Horstmann GmbH presents a wide range of products and convinces with advice and first-class service. On almost 2,000 m², telecommunications, consumer electronics, household appliances, PC / multimedia, navigation and digital photography are offered ready for demonstration for the customer. The shopping experience in the Smart Home Showroom is unique. All smart home components for modern, digital living have been installed in a fully furnished and functional apartment on over 85m².
Third generation certified service
In 1950, a radio and television shop was opened with great enthusiasm in the Horstmann family's living room. The married couple Aleida and Bernhard Horstmann started very modestly here on a small and local scale. In the morning, sales were made and in the afternoon Bernhard Horstmann and his son Wilhelm set out to offer and install the goods in the area.
Over the years, this small radio and television shop not only grew into a large retail company that developed from the small shop to today's expert market, Nordhorn Horstmann, and the service of the workshop was established early on. Adapted to the needs of the industry and customers has expanded steadily over the years. The emergence of the mobile communications market led to the foundation of ENO telecom GmbH as a wholesale company. Within the ENO there was also the possibility to conclude service contracts with manufacturers and network operators. In parallel, the volume of the ENO service center, later ECC ESC, grew to an impressive 300,000 repairs a year.
The third generation of the Horstmann family is already employed in the group of companies. The constant adaptation to the needs of the industry is continued in a good family tradition.
